At Tanghulu Nails, your satisfaction and hygiene safety are our priorities. Please read the following policy carefully before placing your order.
🕒 14-Day Return Window (Limited)
We offer a 14-day window to request a return or exchange only if your item is damaged, defective, or if you need a different size.
✅ Size Exchanges
We are happy to offer one-time size exchanges for the same design within 14 days of receiving your order, as long as:
- The item is unused and in its original packaging
- You contact us in advance with your order number
- The product is not on sale or customized
Customers are responsible for the shipping costs for size exchanges unless the mistake was on our end.
⚠️ We do not offer exchanges for different designs, nail shapes, colors, or styles. Please make your selections carefully.
❌ No Returns for the Following
We do not accept returns or refunds for:
- Change of mind
- Ordering the wrong nail shape or style
- Opened, worn, or used items
- Custom or personalized products
- Sale items or gift cards
Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot restock or resell opened or used nail sets.
📦 How to Start a Return or Size Exchange
Please email us at tanghulunails@gmail.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos (if applicable).
If accepted, we will send instructions and a return address.

💳 Refunds (If Applicable)
If your item is defective or damaged and return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days of receiving the item.
If it’s been over 15 business days since your refund was approved and you haven’t received it, contact us at tanghulunails@gmail.com.
