Shipping policy

Shipping Time:

Domestic Orders: In most cases, orders will be delivered within 3–5 business days for standard shipping and 1–3 business days for express shipping.

International Orders: Delivery times vary by shipping zones. Please refer to the tables at the bottom of the page for specific in-transit times for zones.

Order Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation email upon placing an order. Please note that delivery addresses cannot be changed or edited after an order is placed.

Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. We do our best to process and ship all orders as soon as possible. Most orders are processed within 48 hours.

Shipping Confirmation: Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email with shipping date confirmation and tracking information. 

Tracking Your Order: All orders include tracking information that is normally sent via email within 48 hours after the order has been shipped. You can also track your order using your tracking number.

 

All international orders are shipped Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. We cannot ship packages to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Orders placed after 3 PM Eastern Standard Time, Monday to Friday, will typically be processed the next business day. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday, and holidays will be processed on the next available business day.

We are proud to offer worldwide shipping on all items! Tracking and secure checkout are provided for all orders. As a guide, Tanghulu cannot take responsibility for customs clearance delays or other possible delays.
