1. Membership Commitment

• By subscribing to our Nail Subscription Plan, you agree to commit to a minimum subscription period of 3 months.
• After the initial 3-month period, your subscription will continue on a rolling monthly basis until canceled.

2. Cancellation Policy

• To cancel your subscription, you must provide written notice at least 30 days in advance via email or through your customer account portal.
• If notice is not provided within the required timeframe, your subscription will automatically renew for the next billing cycle.

3. Pricing and Additional Costs

• Your subscription covers the price of nail sets up to the selected tier value (e.g., $50 for Silver, $60 for Gold, $65 for Platinum).
• If you select a nail set priced higher than your subscription tier, you will be required to pay the difference at the time of selection.
• No refunds or credits will be issued for selecting nail sets priced lower than your subscription tier.

4. Payment and Billing

• Subscription payments are automatically billed on the same day each month, based on your subscription start date.
• If a payment fails, we reserve the right to suspend your subscription benefits until the outstanding balance is resolved.

5. Subscription Benefits

• Subscribers enjoy exclusive discounts, free nail application services, and additional perks depending on the subscription tier.
• Benefits are non-transferable and must be redeemed within the subscription period. Unused benefits will not roll over to the next month.

6. Refunds and Early Termination

• Refunds will not be provided for partially used subscription periods.
• Early termination of the subscription before the 3-month commitment will result in a fee equivalent to the remaining months’ subscription value.

7. Modifications to the Subscription Plan

• We reserve the right to modify the terms, pricing, or benefits of the subscription plan with prior notice. Subscribers will be informed at least 30 days in advance of any changes.
